Yeah router in one phone in the other. Openreach did all the tests and showing no issues from his side. I suppose I will have to wait and see if the router is the cause. Doesnt help that I am currently WFH and need access to the internet😒😒

Hi. So I have had intermittent WIFI and no phone line over the weekend. Engineer called today and fixed the phone line and installed a new micro socket. Running speeds on his line test came back at over 56mb/s. The problem is my hub will not connect to the Internet. The power and WiFi lights on but just not the Internet. I have tried all the usual reset stuff and even tried an old hub but to no avail. I am waiting on a new router coming tomorrow. Is it likely this will fix the issue or does it sound more in depth problem??

I have no clue how to attach the router to the test plate. I guessing the engineer did that when he came. I have tried different cables but to no avail. I hoping the new router will get me back on.Fingers crossed.
