Manual configuration of WiFi Booster SE210

What is the manual procedure to pair the new SE210 boosters with the hub? WPS doesn't seem to work. Have received a replacement but the same problem.

This help pages suggests a manual configuration method however, it seems to only be for the previous models of boosters:

The SE210 appears as a secure network and none of the PIN/serial numbers on the back allow you to connect to it with a WiFi device.

I have called the technical helpline a couple of times but they aren't familiar with setting up the new boosters! ‌🙄‌

Have done but as I mentioned in my original post, the WPS pairing method does not work.

I have been through all the diagnostics with the technical helpline such as resetting the booster multiple times and bringing it next to the hub for pairing.

Does anyone know what the password is to connect to the booster secure WiFi?

If its the numeric wps pin its at the bottom of the wifi page on your router

Log on to router and click wifi on the top horizontakt bar

Enter the username and password found on the back of the router

Toggle down to the bottom and take a note of wps pin

No, it's the WiFi key required for the SE210 booster secure WiFi network.

@BlueSci Do you have an Ethernet cable to hand? If you do plug the booster into the router with that for 20 mins and see hopefully it should pull the settings that way. Seems to work when people have stubborn boosters that won't play ball.

Booster setup is done through WPS specifically so that its wireless credentials remain confidential: I suspect that's so that they aren't usable by non-Sky hardware when Sky is not the ISP.

I managed to pair the booster by connecting it to the hub with an Ethernet cable and selecting the Unconfigured option under the WPS Setup AP section. After a few seconds, the booster SSID and password was the same as the hub.

I am trying to work out now how to change the WiFi channel of the booster? The hub is manually set however, there is no option to select the booster WiFi channel.
