Hi I keep losing WiFi, wired seems ok. I’ve posted stats

Hi, I keep losing WiFi connection, wired seems ok. When I run tests on sky app it tells me there is a problem, I go through procedures and it reruns and says all good. Immediately run test again says there is connection problems.
ive tried running tests today and it says unavailable. These are the stats from router

Your speed is bad and there are line drops on both wifi and wide area. You will to contact sky to report a line fault and to run diagnostics

Additionally switch router off for 10 seconds and back to clear the system time and clear the packets as an interim measure

@matthews1 as you have a line fault I have escalated your post so Sky should send you an invitation to a chat session through the forum to arrange to get that fixed.

However you also sound to have issues with thecwifi signal in your home which you can do a lot to improve by following these tips Sky Help - Slow wifi

The problem hasnt been fixed, in fact it is worse than your original stats. Did an engineer ever visit to look at the problem?

No engineer visit, the person on chat did some tests and said all Is good, any problems to get in touch. I sent some photos of the set up, set up was ok just recommended moving amazon Alexa for WiFi interference

Its almost like they are giving you a downstream sogea 40/10 profile but a 80/20 upstream profile obviously giving you 40/20 .what is your minimum speed guarantee and have to done run tests from my sky app or sky.com. they should indicate you're below the minimum unless they've shifted it in line with the speed drop.

Its not, its just banded to 40mbps.

I've flagged your post to Sky and left a note advising them that it is certainly a line fault, look out for an email or message on the forum. Hopefully they can get you sorted with an engineer.

Just thinking what diagnostics would flag 40 down and 20 up as being peachy. Unless it wasn't flagged or whoever did the line test was doing a Homer Simpson 😁
