Started having problems yesterday, outage in area, but when fixed, my broadband did not work. Tried unplugging, resetting, etc. Phoned sky who sent out new box. Received new box today and all

plugged in, still unable to get internet and new outage in area that was reported at 3ish. It is

now 10 pm still showing outage in area, however my neighbour has no issue. How can I have a outage and my next door neighbour doesn't when we are both with sky?
