      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello. Two weeks I've had this problem with my Internet disconnecting several times through the day effecting my work and social viewing and game time. I work for a local authority processing housing benefit claims and the issue is effecting my ability to do my job. Its very frustrating and annoying and not the service I am paying for. Engineerers have been and the issue is now worse than ever. Plus my speed has dropped also. I have been a customer of sky since 2005 and this has to be the worst problem and service I have had from you. Your advisors on the telephone have been great I can't fault them and I feel the issue is an open reach problem. I need reliable fast broadband as you describe and what I pay for to do.my job which I have done all through lockdown with a break. Please resolve this issue or I will be forced to look elsewhere for a reliable service and I don't want to stop being a sky customer. Thank you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3443098"&gt;@Jlawle&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Have you logged this with Sky?&amp;nbsp; If not then they could not know your having problems, they have yet to master ESP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should be aware working from home does not prioritise your fault in any way and you are subject to Domestic Broadband SLA's, simply moving from one provider to another will just move the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you log the fault Openreach, who own the network&amp;nbsp;usually fix the fault within 2 working days (this does not include weekends or Bank Holidays).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You’re not talking to Sky Customer Services and they won’t contact you as the result of your post on here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to remember you are on a domestic broadband service so working from home has no bearing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
