    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;We have super fast broadband supposed to be 59mbs&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;when I check my speed on the sky speed checker it comes up with 24mbs just above the minimum figure of 23mbs to qualify for refund. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;when i use broadbandspeedchecker.co.uk the speeds come up around 18mbs&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;This is affecting the Sky Q box which won't connect to WiFi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;When I ring sky I am told I have too many devices running yet when I switch them off it makes no difference&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;anyone any similar problems?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
