Any device using that hotspot will therefore lose connectivity. The Q mini is designed to be left powered, if you need to use the internet overnight change its stanby setting to active or none ratger than eco as thst switches off thecwifi from 1.30 to 5.45am.

Suggest you download a Wifi analzer app onto a phone or laptop which will show the strength and channel of all wifi networks in range you will see multiple peaks for your own network - one each for the hub and Sky Q boxes - your devices will be joining the strongest of those. If there is a neighbour's network on the same or adacent channel it can interfere.

Major local outage recently but reportedly resolved

Since wifi is dropping out and devices losing network connectivity

Sky engineer attended but services up at time, couldn't see any faults, ran software update.
Wifi / network dropping out persists. When drops this disconnects all mobile active calls,

Also if sky mini box is powered down immediately loose all network (sky q box/wifi/phone/sky go) connectivity.

Do I have 2 issues or 1?
Totally confused!
