    <description>&lt;P&gt;My internet connection has been on and off for at least 10 days now because we use it to watch tv we also have no TV this is pathetic I'm in rhonnda Cynon taff area near Cardiff and have been completely without WiFi since about half 7 last night I want to leave sky I've had nothing but issues and security warnings saying my WiFi may not be secure. Does anyone know who I contact to complain about this please.....?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

There are other posts on here from yesterday evening.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;To cancel you need to contact Sky Customer Services. You can’t do it through this public forum. You can ring or try the messaging service. This link will probably help you. &lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv#still-need-hand" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv#still-need-hand&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You may not be able to cancel if you’re still within your minimum term though.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As we work from home we transferred to the best Sky broadband and we're told there would be no further problems. We have problems all the time and now gone completely since yesterday. If we can't work we don't get paid. I bet Sky will still take the full subscription at the end of the month.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It matters not that you (and a lot of other people) are working from home.
