      <description>&lt;P&gt;Mine is. Website completely useless in resolving and says there are no known issues. When I ring up it says we are aware of an issue affecting broadband and says wait times to speak to someone are one hour. Would be far more useful if they could include this in the app as saying there are no known issues makes people think it's their equipment that has the issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
