    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes - I've also posted another question linked to voice / phone light on my router.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Every morning when I get up the voice light is amber on my router and have to turn router on and off to get it to go green.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could be separate - but I think it is linked tio my issue here of my router randomly dropping broadband connection&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm on wifi each day (during the daytime) - just me - recently I've noticed that my sky router will randomly drop connection and I get a 'you're not connected to the internet' message on my device.&lt;BR /&gt;When I go and check my router I see it has a number of amber lights on it and it looks like it is resetting itself. After a few mins all the lights go green and about a minute after that I get my connection back and everything is normal again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Over recent weeks it's doing this more often and is starting to become a nuisance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why would this be happening? Have I got an issue with my broadband connection?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

But the reboot will destroy any evidence of what is going on unless we see an increased noise margin in the router stats.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Took around 4 hours to come back itself, that is the internet and voice being on VOIP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We will have to wait for the image to be checked before it will show.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You are on a fairly long line going by the attenuation but the noise margin at 5.8dB is in the normal range. The WAN connection has been up for just under 24 hours and is showing a connection at 37Mb/s down and 6Mb/s up - which isn't fast but probably the best your line can deliver given its apparent length.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If your hub is spotaenously rebooting - all of the leds going out and the hub takes 3 or 4 ninutes to come back up - that indicates it maybe faulty, assuming of course your mains supply is not flaky so check the mains lead and plug first. If that applies give Sky a call by dialing 150 on your Sky Talk line asssuming that is working of course.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
