Five days without landlines in or out. How do I get someone out here?

When I try to make a call I'm told I have "Line cord error, Please check." Have checked and everything is in the proper place. If the error is outside the house, I can't open the hatch. I need someone to come out to my home. If it's because you're upset because I don't use your Broadband, get used to it. Call me on my mobile Number deleted at Sly's instruction so nothing is going to happen.

@Saga+Lout If you haven’t already you should try the troubleshooting on this link ~ https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/fix-problems-with-your-phone/check-your-phone-line
If it’s still not working after that come back and add another post to this one and a forum user with the relevant level may escalate your post to Sky. Sky can then check your line and if an external fault is discovered they can notify Openreach to fix.

We are customers here so we aren't upset with you. No one will contact you as the result of your post on this customer helps customer forum.

What exactly do you mean by;

Do you not have Sky broadband? If not how do you have a Sky landline?

@Saga+Lout You clearly have a fault somewhere with the line. No one will contact you from this forum unless the post gets raised by someone.

If you think a big corporation is going to be as petty to start causing problems with the phone just because you don't have broadband with them, quite frankly that is ridiculous.

Sky have millions of customers, they're not going to put the time and resources into doing something as silly as that.

I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
