It's possible that the number a scammer has used on this occasion happens to be your number. It's unlikely, but if it happens regularly, you could use the Sky Talk Shield to block calls from people who think you've called them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a call from an elderly man saying I had called him even though we were not in at the time, He even played back the phone number and it was our landline number but it wasn't us that made the call. How can this happen?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If it isn't yours you'll need to contact Sky who can get Openreach to investigate/fix.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
