Can't make or receive calls again

So I'm back again with the same problem I had last month 😖 (Click to see my previous post)

As before, I've checked through Sky's diagnostic steps and I've also tested with a different phone. Can some kind soul please help me out? Thanks

@mjs1975 How was it sorted out the last time a call to the contact centre or was the previous thread escalated to Sky?

Hello

Can I have an update on this call. I was told on Tuesday that I would be up and running again in 72 hours (Friday). It is now Saturday and my phone is still inactive. I have also noticed this might be having an effect on my broadband as it's running at about a quarter of the speed it normally would.

Openreach usually respond within 3 to 5 working days, so it may be Monday before they take a look.
