Land line not working properly

Hi. My land line only works intermittently. I have a dial tone, but cannot hear when it rings at the other end, but they can hear me. I occasionally get a loud screeching noise as well. Also, I cannot always receive calls. There is no sound on my end.

@Atibati You'll need to call Sky from a mobile if you landline isn't working property.
