hi TELEPHONE Issue

Hi have no phone service now, for quite some time this has persisted: Anytime I try the voice message comes up ''the number you have dialed has not been recognized'' whenever trying to phone to the phone or out from it, anyone else have a problem?

You will need to contact sky on 150 from a sky mobile or
0333-7591-018 from any other phone

to see what the issue is

hi Highlinder, yes email & mobile, sent mesg now, so shall wait to hear what issue is, phone seems to be working fine I think it's the line

@MikeMoon69You will not get an answer via e-mail, you will have to call Sky in order to get the line fault logged so Sky can get Open reach out to fix it.

Thanks, they did pick up my email and replied by calling, external fault and they've booked open reach,
