Saturday, 5th May and Sky internet down again. I assume this was for the same reason as previous Saturday. It would have been nice to have received notification of this work. This was in the NG22 area and it probably happened in other areas. I spent hours going through the Sky self help screens and got no joy. Customer Services should have forewarned us paying minions what was going to happen. I am not one to change suppliers over over a temporary fault. Sky minions do not fret, you are still in my good books.

happened all over the country, i have a screenshot of an outtage map. many hundreds of people actually complained, was told they needed engineer call out, as did i, but it magically was back on when i got home from work, for an hour then went off again ! reliable broadband, it's a joke ! lincolnshire resident, it went out twice in one day. when the contracts up, i'm going elsewhere, besides changing every 18 months is the only way to get a good deal. remember deals are always for new customers only !

@Gamernxtgen Sky use Openreach infrastructure, so if it is a fault with that and is affecting the "all over the country", changing provider will not help one bit, as most other ISP's use the same physical line and equipment/exchanges.

Other options are either Virgin with their own network, or an new startup FTTP provider🤓
