At 80,Mbps if powerlines aren't working maybe a mesh system could be one resolution.. i don't know the coverage of skys mesh boosters but some 3rd party mesh can pump out enough to cover 2400 sq ft per unit

Hello,

I am having to post again due to my poor broadband speed. I posted back in March that my download speed was down at approximately 30mbs when I have the guaranteed 70mbs download speed.

Unfortunately, the speed has only got worse as you can see in the image above so I was looking for some advice on what my next steps are.

Thank you.

I have run the test using the Which website and I tested it on a laptop that is connected via WiFi. The connection is poor on other devices that are connected by home plugs, which were recommended in a previous thread I set up.

I am confident that I am getting nowhere near the download speed I should be - it has taken forever to just download a graphics card driver!

Just bear in mind you were getting 80Mbps line speed sky doesn't guarantee anything on the lan , wlan unless you have broadband boost

So what I take from that is that I can't do anything about the issue if I feel that none of my devices are operating anywhere near the 70mbs guaranteed speed that I am assured I should be getting?

You device speeds have no bearing on your speed guarantee
