End of contract but can't leave

Hi i am unable to leave sky fibre 60mb, as when I try to join a new provider they can only offer me 7mb, but when I check speed with https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL/Address Home, I can get up to 1000mb,

Openreach told me it will take up to 7 months to connect my Fiber line, my biggest problem is by bill is going up by £16 a month but I can't leave,

That's FTTPoD (on-demand) where you'd be expected to pay the Openreach Excess Construction Charges: for fibre these can be unbelievably high (tens or even hundreds of thousands of pounds). The listing indicates that wholesale optical infrastructure is not yet available at your address.

FTTP on demand is aimed at businesses who need faster speeds in areas that don't have true fttp. It is expensive costing into 5 figures

Don't mind me but I'm totally lost,

all I can say is I was told by openreach that there is no more room in box 7 for any more broadband, and that they are in the process of contacting fibre to everyones property, some have already been connected and are receiving 1000mb, my problem is that I haven't been happy with sky so don't fancy a new contract but because I can't leave it's costing me a extra £16 a month.

If they are just installing domestic fttp then it won't show up on the database yet. The up to 1000Mbps shown fttp on demand is expensive as already explained.

Remember if cabinet 7 is showing waiting list then you already have one off those slots as you say you're on 60Mbps.

I can't keep the same slot I've been tolt I will lose it and go to the next person in the queue. That's what sky and openrech told me in march.

That list off isp's may be correct but at the minute no domestic isp can offer you fttp from your cabinet

As it says, that's a random list of 'Known FTTP service providers in Wales' assembled by Welsh Government: as with many other of their publications, it bears only a tangential relationship to the actual situation on the ground. In this bit of Powys we've had FTTP available for several years but BT is the only ISP offering service: no others have any network presence for 20 miles in each direction.

Bt, sky, and Shell, are offering 300mb for about £33 in the next street over, my friend is having is go live next week

Yes, but not your street: that would be down to the way the optical cabling topology works. In your original post you said "Openreach told me it will take up to 7 months to connect my Fiber line": that's probably indicative of their infrastructure rollout timetable.

I live in a village less than 2500 population and the number of street cabinets is well into double figures . Others are not so lucky some in other areas don't even get fttc

Not being able to move regardless off other isp's only offering 7Mbps sounds weird as generally other isp's will remotely activate . You might have an unbundled sky owned unbundled line that other isp's can't take over. My line shares equipment in an area that bt wholesale owns the equipment so makes it easier for me to change isp. Notwithstanding the cabinet constantly shows available .
