      <title>WiFi speed guarantee issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been having my broadband run about 9mbs a second for over a year spoke to agents said I would get a phone call back had nothing come back, I am a on time paying customer who is paying a lot of money for a service gaurentee and I have had no help from anyone apart from people trying to sell me stuff... I need help from somebody as I have tried every step in the book to get the speed up and nothing is working and now I'm stuck with slow and unsteady WiFi.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Note the &lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/wifi-guarantee" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;WiFi Guarantee&lt;/A&gt; is only for 3Mbs.&amp;nbsp; If you are referring to the&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-fibre-speed-guarantee" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt; Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed&lt;/A&gt; then that's a different thing and only the speed at the Hub counts, not that over wireless.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No broadband boost as my Xbox is in the same room as router I was told there was a issue over the phone and someone was going to have a look and get back to me in 3 days and over a week later and I've still not been cotacted... either way it's poor customer service&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
