Hello there,
I had a good and long time without disconnecting, but last month it regularly drops, almost every day at a different time of the day. The router disconnects for 2-3 minutes and then connects back after a minute, or two connection drops again; this repeats two to three times in the day. Then on a random day, it repeats. As I have two people who are working from home, connection stability is critical to us.

Also try running the Sky Broadband test and if there is a fault outside your property you are often offered the ability to book an engineer;
https://www.sky.com/mybroadband
You can also run this test via the MySky app or your Mysky account page online under the Broadband section.
