&lt;P&gt;Have you tried a factory reset of the router by pressing the reset button on the back of the router and holding it down for 15 seconds?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

End result engineer was called out and fixed . Exact nature of fault unknown but engineer did fix it. BQM makes it look like line drops and constant dlm. So possible line fault.
