      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3404769"&gt;@Amberside&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;you can check if there is a known issue by running the connection test in the My Sky app over a mobile connection. If nothing shows it does not mean there isnt an issue affecting your cabinet or exchange but just that the report has not got back to Sky centrally yet. Many faults are fixed before they get reported.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the line remains down give Sky a call to report the issue if your landline is working call 150 on that otherwise use one of the 03 numbers Sky use - if you persevere on the contact us link one will appear!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A fairly frequent issue is a street cabinet being hit by a car which can cause a break for more than a week usually when that happens any neighbourhood news service can give you information. Hopefully you can use mobile data in the meantime or move to somewhere with public wifi, at least most coffee shops are open again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
