topic SKY GLASS in Archive

I received sky glass a month ago. It has worked well so far for me, but there are two things which irratate me. 1. Pic quality, even when watching sport in UHD is well below what it should be. Picture does not pop out you. I found a video on internet, which said to turn back ground lighting off which has helped, but still. 2. There is no feature to delete individual programmes off your playlist. I heard that programmes on your playlist will automatically be deleted after a period of time? Seems Sky q recording is streets ahead. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We are so used to seeing bright vivid video on LCD TVs and think that indicates quality.

Sky are going for a more natural feel to the image. You get used to it. We have left ours on Default since I switched it to this when i put on a Dolby Vision formatted documentary.

I still feel it a bit washed out but you do get used to it.
