    <description>&lt;P&gt;We had this issue and found it was due to having other devices connected to the router. In our case it was a Hive hub and a Phillips Hue hub. I had to disconnect both of these whilst setting up Glass, then reconnect them afterwards.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Hope this helps...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Stuck on get connect screen</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Turned it on and it's a blue screen with the WiFi logo and says get connected click on WiFi logo nothing turn it off for a minute turn back on still the same screen any ideas what's wrong&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;try holding 4+6 then 1+3 to reset and pair remote . uaually it is this that causes that problem.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Leave it on... Try ten seconds later and press home..&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Try again a few times. It should go back to normal.....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your wifi hasn't changed then your puck/tv is just trying to establish the connection to the router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Perhaps your router is a bit old and a new one may be worth trying to get from your supplier?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
