How long di you wait after registering for SKY Glass

Hi All, Can I please ask how long the average time people have waited from regestering for SKY glass and recieveing the pin number to order. Like many people I am a Diamond VIP customer and registered back in Oct for Sky Glass. To date I have recieved 1 email to acknowledge my registration but since then I have recieved nothing else, not even an up date to how long it may be before I get anything. I have rang customer services twice for an update, but they were no help at all. On one occasion I even managed to speak to the SKY Glass operators who could give me no information at all. I have to say I am very dissapointed in the way SKY have handled this whole roll out. It now nearly 10 weeks since my initial registration and all this has done is made me question why I even stay with SKY. Any information from you all will be greatly appreciated, as recent experince has shown me I doubt I'll get anything from SKY. Many thanks MSG555

Hi GD1, Many thanks for your reply. I called SKY once again 5 mins ago, (Not expecting any help, but we live in hope) The lady (Tina), was the most helpful person I have spoken to in a very long time. It appears that I should not have used my SKy email address when registering (Go Figure), and advised me to use another address such as gmail etc. I have just reregistered, so we'll see how that goes. Thanks again for your reply.

Interesting, I'm new to sky and received an invitation to order weeks ago, after registering not long after the launch event. I already had sky Glass by ordering a different way, so ignored the email, they recently sent a second one informing me they had more stock and invited me to order again.

I assumed all Sky vip customers had received their email by now, as I'm new to sky and have received 2. Well I hope you get your invite soon, maybe all the bugs will be fixed with the software by the time you get it, so at least you won't have those frustrations.

You should be able to order online if you have the link if not just visit one of the many shopping centre stands and order from there.
