&lt;P&gt;As per GD1 no one will be in touch re a forum post but I can tell you Sky are aware there are problems for some users, they can see that in the telemetry.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1823335"&gt;@Beccie1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; No one from Sky will call you in response to a forum post, tagging them has no affect in the forum, you will neeed to call in .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:&lt;BR /&gt;(UK) &lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/home" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/home&lt;/A&gt; Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number&lt;BR /&gt;(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is linked to a software update pushed out recently. Sky are aware and are working in a fix. A frustrating bug but hopefully it is fixed soon.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm realistic about software updates, not everything goes to plan or works as expected, however Sky's record on these seems poor so far.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It feels like with each iteration, there's one step forward and at least one back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The latest update has been a downgrade for me, stability has been reduced and for a streaming TV service, the ability to stream has been impaired. Not great just before a Sky change freeze and on the cusp of the Christmas holidays.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I totally agree&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3108230"&gt;@Duncanh454&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;at present this new update has removed the ability to use the apps on the device which is frustrating. I just hope that the testing of each software release improves.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;that said, I have been quite lucky in terms of issues experienced and sky agents have been brilliant when speaking with them, and resolution speed has been good.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Let's hope this can be resolved without creating further problems.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
