Have sky glass coming tomorrow and have taken out whole home to replace multi room, do you receive a puck or do you have to order one?

@Gord65 Did you order a puck at the same time as the TV? If no, then you will need to order a puck.

I did specify that I wanted the multi room option to continue but I don't see a puck mentioned on the order.

@Gord65 If one doesn't arrive with order you'll have to wait until the account and tv is setup and running before you can order the puck afaik

Your first one is free any others are £50 per puck ti purchase. Then each puck costs £10 per month on top of your hill for the "multi room" viewing if that makes sense

Incorrect, each puck does not cost £10 per month on top. It is One Whole Home subscription at £10 per month, you can have up to 3 Glass TV's & 6 Pucks all under the one Whole home sub.

Really that's pretty good tbh. I was always under the impression it added £10 per pick per month. If not that's is fantastic
