Can't link

I purchased a sky glass TV but not from sky. When I tried to link my account to the Sky glass I was told on screen that I only have medium access.

I called sky and they said I couldn't link my account as I didn't purchase it from them!!

Could having only medium access be the real reason I can't link my account to the TV ?

Why have I only got medium access on my Sky account when I've been with them for years?

How do I get full access and what's the difference?

@SteveT71 I think only Sky can help with this one. I have never heard of medium access. I guess you purchased the Sky Glass second hand and it was linked to,another user. Give Sky another call.

I guess you need to ask them to upgrade you to Glass package without hardware.

Unsure if they will do that right now, they barely seem to be able to cope with a standard setup

@Adam+sky+82 I don't think anyone other than Sky knows what 'medium access' means, at this point.

I don't know what it means but it seemed to stop me linking sky glass to my account. I'll ring Sky tonight or tomorrow about this.
