Talk about a wasted day! I've had my sky glass delivered & 3 pucks, 2 of which have taken me 9 hours to set up & 1 of which still won't work as it connects, disconnects etc, etc, etc, so it's unusable, so, who else has had enough of this product already? My Sky mini boxes worked perfectly until today when replaced by this awful idea called a puck, ridiculous product not fit for purpose if your house has brick walls!!

At the minute I can't recommend the pucks. I'm on my 2nd and it's still so unstable. Needs restarted every single day at least once.

when I had my puck running on my second tv - it was pretty poor, constant disconnections, stuttering, UHD HDR wouldn't work properly, locking up, lack screen etc. strangely as I am waiting to go back to Q, I have my puck set up with my new Tv, it has been absolutely faultless, no problems, picture is great. I am just wondering if they maybe work better without the Glass Tv ? If you look at the launches in Germany and Italy they are sold as standalone products

Not required on a unidirectional HDMI cable. 2.1 only requires it at 120htz, which of course is not supported by the cheap panel.

Waiting on my puck to be replaced as screen goes grey and puck is unresponsive after a maximum of 15 mins use. Sometimes helps rebooting but sometimes doesn't. Only started happening after 11 days of no problems... Update perhaps as was fine from 20/11/21!??

Super annoying, TV still shows an HDMI input so hasn't lost connection. Moved my WiFi booster to go from 22mbps up to 44mbps and no difference in usability so clearly not signal related
