      <title>Double Billed for Netflix</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;An&amp;nbsp; issue that has come to light since changing obver to Sky Glass.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recieved a bill for £9:99 from Netflix, even though I have an active package through sky Glass.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Netflix stated that i dont,have a sky email linked to my netflix account and Sky say I do .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;was assured by Sky customer service that they would get an answer and resolve this as a matter of priority, but lo and behold Iam still awaiting an answer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So at present unable to use Netflix as i will be billed by them and at the same time as part of my Sky package.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What other problems are there with Sky Glass that await me.??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky customer service I feel is shocking, and if this is not sort by monday, i will be cancelling Sky Glass and moving over to Virgin Media.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
