Panther Problems Continue!!!

Looks like delivery problems mentioned yesterday are not a one off and are more widespread than Sky or Panther are admitting despite the reassuring post!

Was expecting delivery of Sky Glass tomorrow (Friday). Had a phone call from Sky this afternoon to confirm that all was okay and on schedule. Just had an email from Panther saying that due to a problem at the Sky warehouse my delivery will be delayed until next Tuesday. So either Sky or Panther are telling porkies.

Can't get in touch with Panther as keep getting a message back saying they are only open until 8pm. Doesn't exactly tie in with them sending texts out after this time to customers to confirm their delivery slots does i

Sorely tempted now to cancel everything!!

I had the same problem Panther are saying that tv has not come from the supplier.

Have they oversold.

All this after getting a phone call from Sky this afternoon saying that everything was on schedule for delivery tomorrow. Doesn't make any sense for Sky to tell me that my items are on schedule for delivery tomorrow only for Panther to tell me this evening that this isn't the case. Makes me wonder whether Sky and Panther actually talk to each other. Seems to be a lot of both sides blaming each other for delivery failures.

@mally+01 My Sky App says delivery scheduled for tomorrow. If I then go into track my order with Panther it says delivery rescheduled for next Tuesday

@AaronC88 @mally+01 If Sky have got any sense (a long shot I know!) they should have some sort of financial penalty that they can impose on Panther due to cancellations resulting from delivery issue

Good for you. Hope it all goes well.

Still find it strange that texts are going out at this time from Panther to confirm delivery and yet there appears no way of speaking to them!

The time there sending them doesn't make sense. You would have thought they would know earlier in the day. I'm guessing it's possibly all software driven either that or they literally just have a few logistical staff in but no customer facing.

I've had same issue got text and email saying delivery due today between 08:47-11:47 then received an email this morning saying due to an issue I won't be receiving my delivery needless to say I wasn't happy as I'd taken a day off work!!! Spoken to numerous people at panther (best way is online chat although they don't say anything other than you will get a call to rebook!) and then sky to be advised that it was a system glitch at sky and although the stock was received at panther as booked in something went wrong on skys end and NONE of the stock was despatched!!!! I've now been advised that my delivery will be Tuesday and that I won't know what time until Monday night

Atleast you knew not to waste a whole morning at home for them to turn up and not be able to setup as the stand had faulty screws 😭

You would have think that sky will not have any issues as they are a big company
