      <title>My sky steam puck keeps going black and then jumps back 30 seconds or so.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My new sky stream puck is very temprememtal. Sometimes doesn't switch on, sometimes doesn't recognise HDMI. When I do get it to work it very frequently (every 5 mins or so) the screen goes black and then jumps back a minute or so. You can imagine my sons when watching live football! &amp;nbsp;Is there a fault in this puck. It's not the wifi performance as this is fine with every other device in the house&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My pucks all do the same things you've described. I have four so it's unlikely I have a bad one as they all behave the same. I keep reading on here that sky are aware of it although I haven't seen anything official. I had to laugh earlier when my puck glitched out during the new sky glass advert!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It won't be your WiFi, as I'm the same and my WiFi is rock solid.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Perhaps you could tell us why&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/9873"&gt;@GD1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;doesn't have the technical knowledge but you do ?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Anyone having trouble with there multi room boxes as my boxes are flashing orange and red after coming on white to being with then on the TV screen it ask you to press on you sky Q box 4 &amp;amp; 6 for 2 seconds but nothing happens, can anybody help me as all I've now done is turned them off, not very happy, rather have my old boxes back in but no sent them back today&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes this happened to me today, my puck thought it was Sky Q after a reset, &amp;nbsp;in the end after spending an hour on the phone to support, I had to plug an Ethernet cable in it to force it to download an update, I had to take the puck to my router which is in another room so it wasn't actually connected to the TV, I left it half an hour to be sure (cz I couldn't see it as it wasn't connected to TV) but it sorted it out, you'll have to set up again and enter the code in + add a device in your Sky account account under glass. This is the only fix.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
