Quickest way back to current programme

so I am in the TV guide, small screen bottom right (see picture). Decide to stay on what I am watching, what is the quickest way to get back to full,screen. Home button takes me back to the suggested list, with the currently playing window, which you have to select. Back button takes me to the TV guide Home Screen, followed by pressing the home button and select. Is there no quick way back - asking for the wife!

I'm not at home so saying this from memory, but try pressing the Home button, then left to recently played.

On some prograames, if you've pressed back to change a setting for example and want to get back to the picture it is gone - the sound is still on but there is no small screen and no currently playing.

You have to select something else to watch or go and find the programme in the listings or your playlist for it to regain the picture.

We found the answer ourselves and it's simple. Just press the select circle in the middle of the navigation wheeel.
