Ultra HD

At the top of the TV guide, scrolling up from BBC One, it says Ultra HD 3051 and says Waiting for TV Schedule. Now am trying to get the Ultra option, but no luck. Can anyone help? Thank you

It can do that when nothing is bein aired in UHD. What exactly are you looking for?

That would suggest nothing is being transmitted: there are currently no UHD channels, only intermittent UHD content (mostly live Sports).

Well BT sport tonight, but am not sure how you view any programme in ultra, the options just say HD

BT Sport UHD isn't available via Sky Glass or Sky in any form.

Okay thanks GDI. Haven't noticed any channels in the channel list as Ultra HD, and I paid for that option

It's normally Football & F1 you'd find in UHD channels, everying else will be On demand.

As I said, there are no 'UHD channels' in the EPG: no-one has enough content for that without endless repeats. You've paid for UHD resolution in the scattered collection of on-demand items that have that option.
