YouTube loading on sky glass

Hi, is there a software update coming out to fix the YouTube loading problem on sky glass as it's constantly buffering?
don't want to have to constantly keep turning the tv on and off. Thanks.

YouTube doesn't work.

Power down the glass and unplug it from the wall, wait 30 seconds and then place the remote and the glass in the bin to await collection from panther.

Not sure if when or what is being fixed, but Sky will be releasing software updates on a regular basis.

YouTube down again on mine.

should not have to keep powering down and start up again to use it.

either take it off or fix it please.

Yea same problem on You tube also Netflix constantly freezing. I have had this TV for just four days and have lost count of how many times this thing has been restarted. I have been seriously disappointed with this TV. I realize that new things have teething problems but this things software seems to need major surgery.

Also really disappointed that it has no usb slots a real retrograde step if you ask me.

Contact sky and tell them about the problem the more people complain something might get done.

Yea I've given it a few days just to see if it would settle down. But still having the same issues. I intend to phone them as soon as I can get some time. Just can't face those waits yet.

Yea still happening what a chore to get help from sky or just to report what's happening. Netflix crashing every five minutes eight times tonight. Seriously not a good product. Perhaps being some of the first isn't such a great idea. Still not sending back would ruin the wall. 😁

Got a message off someone at sky after I called them to try all sorts of piffle with my broadband router and guess what it didn't work.

then I was told to contact YouTube.

that conversation would have been very entertaining regarding my sky glass app is rubbish.

come on sky sort it out as people are paying good coin for this or don't you care?
