      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been trying since Monday to return sky glass.been a total nightmare from the beginning ie recieveing &amp;nbsp;the tv to trying to send the thing back&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;its friday and still no further forward,apparently because the advisor had put 4 screen Netflix on instead of the standard one that goes with the package so now I have to wait 30 days to send the heap back. Because I have to wait for Netflix to cancel off .non returned phone calls from sky staff and I feel like I'm just getting ignored.how's that for 10 years loyalty for sky. Now escalated as a complaint .fuming is not the word&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Don't let it go, I see you've escalated to a complaint. Sky customer (non) service lately over this whole debacle and botched launch has been nothing short of disgraceful at best, there's always some new mindboggling reason they come out with, I expect half of the Glass CU dept has now broken away and formed a "lets make up the most unbelievable excuse" splinter group.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mine was cancelled, return organised and Q re-instated within 20 minutes of speaking to them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sky don't order us to do anything, and we routinely criticize them: as I've already posted in this forum, I'm getting my Glass set replaced as the backlight is unacceptably uneven.&amp;nbsp; The pucks are working reasonably well for me, possibly because (as network installation and management is also my day job) I have ethernet everywhere fed from FTTP: personally I wouldn't want to be running them on standard domestic WiFi from average FTTC as wireless devices tend to struggle in parts of this house.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;And given the prompt to comment I'll add my two cents worth. I've had few notable problems (so far) with my Glass TV and single Puck. Delivery and setup were straightforward and both work fine, even on a standard WiFi connection apart from the Puck occasionally rebooting spontaneously.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I did turn off the movement detector on the Glass as the tv was switching itself on randomly with nobody anywhere near it.&amp;nbsp;IMHO it's a bit of a gimmick anyway and not useful where my tv is sited.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
