    <description>&lt;P&gt;Morning all, &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may have seen that I commented on a few posts about my father in law getting Sky Glass and my worry that he would be very disappointed especially with the playlist.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Bearing in mind he is in his mid 70s, loves tech but not change it was always going to be 50/50 how he got on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Having had it now for 72 hours, chuffed is his word of the day. Coming from a Q setup on a 2016 Samsung Series 6 with no soundbar he has no regrets.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Setup of the Glass and one Puck on a constant 68mb connection was a breeze. Able to play UHD content on both with no freezing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My inlaws viewing consists of live Sport and watching shows after they have aired 95% of the time and I am beginning to think they are probably a perfect customer for Sky Glass. Most of their watching is also via Sky Channels/Netflix/Disney+.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;He did have a couple of questions though which I am hoping someone can help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One show they watch live or at least chase play is I'm a Celeb. He has noticed that watch from start does not always pop up on ITV. Should it? My mother in law will grumble if she cant watch on the day.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The PQ of UHD HDR football is slightly less dark than that on his Samsung. Not a deal breaker as the HD pic will suffice and programs are great quality. Is this the HLG issue and if so is the article in the Express about an update making this better even possible? Could Sky change the format they use? HDR10?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;He has certainly gotten used the playlist quicker than I thought he would. Small issues of having to play a film to the end to remove and added a College Football program that at the min cant be removed but surely that will come in later updates?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Overall he is very happy which is great to see and also a relief for me as he is not great on the phone and swapping back doesnt sound to be the easiest process for some.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;He does want another puck but cant do via the box for some reason.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered additional Pucks via the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I couldn't seem to order more than one via the app though even though it let me, the payment just wouldn't go through, so I had to call Sky who themselves had to order them individually so that I could get more than one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/72183"&gt;@Ben1980&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Watch from the start might not be available on all channels or programming but you'd probably be best asking ITV directly as it would be them who decide what content carries what additional flags and measures.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regarding the HDR dull picture, unfortunately a TV is only able to get as bright as it can get. There is no avoiding that. Sky can make small technical tweaks by altering various curves to how the TV displays a HLG signal but it would only really be trying to trick your eyes into thinking it was brighter.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Much like the BBC, Sky have clearly invested in HLG as their format of choice. The best option to ensure optimal viewing is for them to offer a dedicated UHD channel, distinctly not a UHD HDR stream.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only way the situation will improve in the long run is if the peak brightness is addressed on any subsequent model of the TV.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
