      <description>&lt;P&gt;We also have no internet since this morning. I have checked connection, it says there is an issue but when you click to see whats going on it takes you to your account where it says we have no local issues with broadband?!?!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have followed all the steps of unplugging and plugging, resetting and off and on. Nothing works. I have no internet going to the box. This is not a wifi issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cant find anything to say what the issue is or how long it will be off for. Lucky we have 4G, off to look for a new provider, 2 and a half years off crap service. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
