      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;mainly during teams calls during the day (working from home) the connection randomly drops out. You are showing both wan and wifi drops that may be affecting your speed and stability. Can you run tests from my sky app , broadband talk and see if it picks up any errors then in more about your connection you will find your speed guarantee&lt;/P&gt;</description>
