Slow and sluggish internet

I'm a new a sky user so I don't really understand much but lately I have been getting slow internet speeds and the show statistics option in my router settings so I decided to check that but I don't understand how i could find out if there are any issues.

It would be really helpful if someone could point out any issues then find in the statistics I have given at the top. Thanks.

You are on old tech adsl and your speed is exceptional according to your line attenuation. You have a dual band router but don't appear to be utilising 5ghz . Ultimately the best option would be an upgrade in available. Enter full postal address below and post full table for advice
