EE120 not boosting

Hi All

I have a sky q router ER110 which up until recently I was boosting the signal via sky q mini. Everything was great but I have now got rid of the mini and invested in the booster EE120. But whilst I have everything connected (all lights are green) it is not boosting.

how can I tell? Luckily my PlayStation provides detail of the signal strength and when the sky Q mini is connected, I have 98% signal with download 50+mb. But without it's at 70% with less than 1mb and equally when I connect the booster I have the same strength and speed.

Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue?

I would suspect the Playstation isnt connecting to the right node. Try downloading a WiFi analsyer app to see if the SSID is being broadcast from the booster

Thanks for the reply, I did solve this over the weekend doing exactly what you advised. Once I could tell the booster was working I just deleted the stored wifi connection and rejoined. All good now thanks.
