      <title>Sky Broadband Buddy can't log in after new phone &amp; house move</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I moved home on 10th May &amp;amp; also got a new mobile (iphone - all up to date).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just tried to open the Sky Broadband Buddy app to set some screen time limits for my teenager and it took me to the login (expected as it's a new phone), tried to log in but it's telling me I need the right broadband package - phoned Sky and they tell me I do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;uninstalling the app&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;restarting my WiFi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;forgetting the WiFi network on my phone and getting it back again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;restarting my phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's super frustrating so any advice or tips will be greatly appreciated &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You need to have the Broadband Boost package as part of your account for Broadband Buddy.&lt;BR /&gt;That does need activating and expect it takes a short while to be actiavated.&lt;BR /&gt;You should get an email or account change in Myskey on your billing to show taht you now have Bradband Boost listed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
