Lionsgate (@Lionsgate / @LionsgateUK) are the distributor for that film: they get to decide who can show, stream or sell it, and when it is made available to different forms of transmission.

The multi-year deal, which begins on January 1, 2020, will give Prime members in the UK, or those subscribing to the monthly standalone Prime Video service, access to movies including Angel Has Fallen, Rambo: Last Blood, Knives Out, Midway, Bombshell and Lionsgate UK’s The Personal History of David Copperfield.

According to a few websites, knives out will be available on sky cinema from 30th july

Yeah - I noticed a few months back that Sky appear to have quietly picked up a second window pay deal with Lionsgate (the first window is a split deal between Amazon & Starzplay) hence things like that, Anna, Midway and Rambo Last Blood have made their way to Sky... I guess they help fill the Premier gaps before we get some regular theatrical premieres again by the end of year/early 2022.
