Can't download domina episode 1 in uhd

If I try to download domina episode 1 in uhd it says 'download failed' - item unavailable. Please fix this sky. Thank you

Hi @Freddy+Clover

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.

Tried this here and there is an issue with UHD version.

Unfortunately I doubt that this will be fixed over the weekend.

HI @Freddy+Clover I am afraid you are not addressing SKY here - we are primarily just other customers.

Often UHD content takes a while after broadcast so maybe it will appear a while after tonight's episode is aired at 9pm.

Edit : as @oldfella says it might not, however, be fixed until after the weekend

The Episode in UHD is already there @nigea99

It just fails.

I thought it might just have been a timing issue with the link but it does seem like there are problems with Episode 1 as episode 2 downloads OK (& as I write this #3 downloading OK)

I have marked this on a board that SKY have more visibiity of so hopefully they will pick up on it but I suspect not until Monday
