Sky's UHD options driving me crazy

Sky messed up the UHD option Again last night I waited till 10.30 pm to download the good Doctor and it was not available this along with other shows has happened far too many times. SKY BELIEVE IN BETTER I DON'T THINK SO!!!!!!

You should know by now that it can take 24 hours for the UHD version to go live, so you can't rely on it. No-one quite knows why but certainly that's the way it seems to be.

Hi Rhonny thanks for the reply I understand that it can take 24 hours to become available but the first episode of the good Doctor was aired on the Tuesday but the UHD version was still not available until the Saturday its completely unacceptable and I really want to speak to someone reasonably high up at sky to ask why they think it is acceptable for them to make people wait longer for the UHD version when they have paid extra to watch it in that format

No chance of that through this forum: I'd suggest writing a letter.

Yeah I know I have no chance but getting an email address would be a good start if anyone has any ideas

Save your time and energy. The most you will get is a. "Thank you for your feedback, your opinions are very important to us" type response.

You might even get a "We endevour to make UHD versions of programming available as soon as we can."
