F1 UHD

Can anyone confirm if this years F1 will be shown in UHD? Since changing the menus around again on Sky Q it's often so difficult to tell, and I can only see HD tiles for the F1 this weekend, and nothing stating UHD..?

Ah, found it! Just said 'Formula 1' with the voice command on the remote, and now it's visible. Sky really need to make UHD much easier to find in their menus!

Make sure your 'On demand default download format' is set to UHD in Home> setttings >setup > preferences.

Each sport, so Home>Sports>Formula 1 has a live tab.
This will show all the current UHD recordable live items upfront in the rail, if you have UHD capability and the above option set.

Yea these are all the settings I currently have set, but upon further looking it still only shows HD for practice, qualifying and the race etc. Hopefully this changes later in the week, but sky q has become very frustrating lately.

The new all improved live upcoming sports tab - does NOT show F1 as being in UHD.

You have to manually search for the UHD version.

@digglerthelegend yes. Because I never use the voice commands, ever, and I imagine many other users are the same. I always go via the menus. I only used it this once to see if it worked, which it did. Seems silly not to have it easily able to locate in the menu
