Can’t watch box sets

I subscribe to both Sky Box Sets and Sky HD and have done for ages. I am trying to download a box set (Summer of Rockets) but it keeps trying to make me pay £12.99. Why is this and how can I resolve it?

Summer of Rockets is on the Sky Store as a Buy and Keep title so it does mean that you have to pay to watch and keep it I'm afraid.

If you subscribe to Sky Boxsets then you can watch any content in the Boxset section that is not part of Sky Store.
