Dear SKY support,

can I ask what happened to the music tv channels? If I press the home button on the SKY Q remove and select TV Guide >> scroll down to Music, I can only see the following:

350 MTV MUSIC

351 MTV HITS

353 MTV BASE

355 MTV XMAS

376 SPOTLIGHT TV

There were other tv channels, what happened?

@Klaud79 You're not addressing Sky Support here, just other Sky customers. But are you in Ireland? There are other reports of music channels being removed in Ireland.

As already put, check the link posted above.

All the channels that have left the Sky EPG in Ireland were free-to-air, so you were never paying for these channels in the first place. Before they left, the channels would be on the 'Freesat from Sky' service.
