Charged more for plan than email confirmed

Hi wondered if anyone could help me as can't get through to speak to anyone but I've changed data and said would be on offer from £15 to £7.50 had proof to say be £7.50 but when I've checked today it's coming thought at full price will attach photo of proof is there anyway can email sky or something thank you

@rebeccasaint Bare in mind that the new deal take effect from your next billing date, not straight away, if you're still concerned you will need to phone Sky

Other bills show at the £15 as well not at the discount price and no I changed it yesterday

If you only changed it yesterday then you need to give it a while to update, so I would leave it a few days and if it is still wrong you will need to call Sky about it.
