iPhone 12 frozen Need to Call Sky

HI,

Getting increasingly frustrated here.

I have an issue on my wife's iPhone where is loads the Apple logo and just gets stuck. We have done the soft reboot solutions , I am not simply looking to talk to someone at sky.

The reason I need to talk is that despite paying Sky monthly (for phone not SIM) when trying to get a repair booked it says my phone is not with Sky.

Help!!!

You can call Sky via a landline phone, under "Need more help ?" at the bottom this page is the number to call:

https://www.sky.com/help

Just ignore the messages at the start of the call and remain on the line for as long as you can and don't hang up when asked to do so.
